Shipping Policy:

After an order is placed, an order will take anywhere from 1-8 days to process, 3-5 days shipping time if you are located in Singapore, Myanmar, or Malaysia. and 3-14 days if you are located in other countries outside of Singapore 

 

Refund Policy:

1. Returns

Our policy lasts for 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund and/or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the SAME condition as you have received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Your item cannot be already tampered with.

To complete your return, Peach Glam Beauty requires a receipt or a proof of purchase. Otherwise, a return is not possible.

2. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your order is returned, received, and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your product's refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

3. Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, please kindly check your bank account again first. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next, contact your bank. Often, there is some processing time before a refund is posted

If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at peachglamcosmetics@gmail.com or message us through any of our social media platforms.

4. Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at peachglamcosmetics@gmail.com. Then we will follow up with an address for you to send it to.

5. Shipping

To return your product, you should contact us first to receive an address to send it to. 

You will be fully responsible for paying your own shipping cost when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

According to where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item or items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
